A 100 kW solar system was installed at the facility, resulting in an 80% reduction in energy consumption from the grid and a 247-ton annual carbon emission reduction. Three years ago, they upgraded lighting to LED, and recently, they returned to further upgrade lights under a VEEC scheme at no cost.
